Returns & Warranty Policy

Returns – 30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • All original components, accessories, manuals, habit tracker and free gifts must be included. Products returned without all parts or damaged packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at support@yezgobeauty.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions.

  • You are responsible for safely packing and shipping the item back to us; we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Warranty – 60‑Day Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our Red Light Hair Brush. Your purchase includes a 60‑day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal use. Within this period:

  • If your device stops working due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

  • To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@yezgobeauty.com with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and (if requested) photos or videos. We may ask you to return the product for inspection.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, unauthorized repairs or modifications, lack of adherence to the user instructions, or normal wear and tear.

  • Accessories such as the velvet bag, droppers or comb attachments are not covered against accidental damage.

The warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. If a replacement is issued, the warranty period continues from the original purchase date.

Limitation of Liability
Our Red Light Hair Brush is intended for cosmetic use only. It is not a medical device and is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. By purchasing and using our product, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, adverse reactions or damages arising from misuse of the product, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to the intended purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
